Russian President Medvedev Criticizing Putin’s Power + VIDEO

Speaking to youth activists from different political parties in central RussiaPresident Dmitry Medvedev says that Russia could face civil war or stagnation if too much power concentrated in the hands of one man.
Mr Medvedev did not mention Mr Putin by name but it was obvious to whom he was referring. He was speaking just days after Mr Putin set up a new political movement that many analysts believe is designed to return him to the presidency in 2012.

Russia faces a presidential election next March and neither Mr Putin, 58, nor Mr Medvedev, 45, have ruled out running amid signs that Russia’s ruling elite is increasingly split on the issue.
